Dave Brown was absent by Bob Mason reported that because of all the rain, the driveway is in bad shape and too wet to fill in with rock until they dry out.

FIELD MAINTENANCE REPORT:

Mike McGee reported that while the driveway is in bad shape, the field looks good. The fill rock is available and will be used when the driveway dries out.

There is a dead tree fallen by one of the buildings.

New PVC Pilot Stands are being made. (He brought one to show) The cost will be $39.50 each for the PVC pipe and lattice. The old stands will be utilizes by turning them on their side and putting a piece of plywood on top to make pre-flight tables.

The lawn mowers need to go in for maintenance.. The cost will be about $200 for the Zero Turn mower and $150 for the other one. A motion was made and passed to fund this expense.

One of our club members has trouble landing his large gas engine planes on the Go-Tech, so he sold one of his planes and used the money to purchase enough Go-Tech to extend the runway another 150 feet. He is donating this Go-Tech to the club.

About 4 to 5 Volunteers are needed to help with the mowing each week. You would not have to help every week, we can rotate turns for mowing. If you have some time available, please consider helping.

All tree cutting debris has been cleaned up to Mrs. Bailey’s satisfaction. The fence has been repaired and the window for the neighbors storage shed has been replaced.
